SALPINGIDIS ARRUINA LA FIESTA POLACA
POLONIA Y GRECIA EMPATARON A UNO EN LA INAUGURACIÓN CON LLENO ABSOLUTO EN EL ESTADIO
El pasado viernes, 8 de Junio comenzó la UEFA Euro 2012 con el partido inaugural entre la anfitriona Polonia y Grecia en el estadio nacional de Varsovia que estuvo a rebentar para ver esta inauguración.

El equipo polaco comenzó bien y muy firme hasta que en el minuto 16 de la primera parte el delantero, Robert Lewandowski marcó de cabeza el primer gol del torneo. Al filo del descanso el central griego, Papastathopoulos fue expulsado por doble amarilla, Grecia se quedaba con 10 jugadores. En el descanso entró la estrella del partido, Dimitris Salpingidis que en el primer balón que tocó, en el minuto 5 del segundo tiempo igualó el marcador. Más tarde el delantero volvió a meter gol para adelantar a Grecia pero fue correctamente anulado por el árbitro. Minutos después Salpingidis volvió a aparecer provocando un penalty y haciendo que el portero polaco, Szczesny fuera expulsado. El capitán griego, Karagounis que se marcó también un partidazo teniendo mucho que ver con la resurrección en el partido de Grecia, fue el encargado de lanzar el penalty. Pero el seguno portero polaco, Tyton detuvo el lanzamiento. Al final terminó el partido en tablas.
